Air force museum.

Last Monday we went to the air force museum. We learnt lots about how planes work and different uses for planes. I really enjoyed our trip.

Hundred word challenge - The shadow.

As the rusty door creaked open,she held her breath and closed her eyes. Certain that these were the last few minutes of her existence, she decided to turn and scram. She panted down the freezing corridor, gasping for breath. She came to a standstill. Nowhere to go. She heard familiar footsteps stamping down the corridor. She shuddered at the thought of who or what was coming. She saw a shadow approaching. The shape of something not quite human. The shadow staggered towards her. She thought about her family. Inhale. Exhale.
